In Due Time, I Will Rest My Thoughts Of You...

You Don't Have To Take Everything At Face Value

Have you heard the story about the guy who thought he had something with the girl when in fact there really wasnt anything? Yeah. I've never. Till it happened to me.

The thing about assumptions is that it hurts when what you assumed the situation to be, goes against you. Sometimes, in certain situations, it could be a relieve if you assume wrongly.
For instance, like once i saw a very suspiciously weird looking guy carrying a big backpack. Ironically, he has this picturesquely osama looking face & he was turning his head left & right at a rapid rate without any worries of straining his neck. At first sight, i thought he was a terrorist. But on second sight, i had no doubt he's a terrorist looking for the X mark thats marked on his map which represents the spot to plant the bomb. Naturally, with him looking like that & his body language likened to a terrorist, there's nothing wrong having the perception that he's one of mas selamats' comrade. So i glued my eyes on to him as he walked further into the secluded part of the area. & when he tucked his hand into his suspiciously large shopping bag, i thought my worst fears had been realised. As he took his hand out of the bag, a metal thing followed. Yeah. Its not like the hotdog & the finger bit where they ask "how do you eat your hotdog? Do you eat them with your fingers?" Then i'll answer yeah i eat the hotdog with my fingers but not along with it.
So back to the story. Its not as tricky as the hotdog question so when i said a metal followed i meant that he took out a metal thing. At least thats what it looks like due to the distance between terrorist unit 08412575 & me. Yeah the whole terrorist population is, pardon the pun, bombing just like their job. Their sole job in making buildings collapse like a house of cards. But i dont blame them. Its an easy job. I would have done the same if not for my principles. Yeah. Its easy to be attracted to such a high paying job that's unstrenous with a slight downside that you cant spend the money you earn since you're highly likely to get caught or you're forced to detonate the bomb along with yourself but i've got principles & im not gonna go against them. These sort of people who got enticed into doing it are those who are weak minded & are easily manipulated & doesnt have principles. They are the bunch who, when you say dont steal and kill, will steal if not kill as they'll choose either one of the choices, when you're not suppose to do either, whereas an intellectually sound person will perform neither.
Anyways, surprisingly, like any other wonderment, the metal thing he took out turned out to be an otak otak grill. Or otah otah im not sure about the whole otak otahs thingys. Yeah. What he was doing may be illegal but it's at least better than planting bombs. He's actually doing hard work to earn his spaghetti and meatballs. I like that analogy better. Lamb & tuna fish aside, i felt relieved seeing him starting the grill proving he isnt a terror man. I do feel like calling the police to squeal on him doing business without a license but its a rotten thing to do so i slept on the idea. & also because he gave me something to write about tonight so i gotta give him the credit he deserves.

Now, an example of the worst assumption is when you thought someone you like, likes you. No need for more letters. Im sure you get the drift. You'll then see her in everything. You'll see her everywhere. You see every girl thinking its her. You'll see every guy looking like her boyfriend, the one you greatly hate & wanna smack. The end. Or is it?

The highly anticipated movie of the year turned out to be a washout. That's what the critics said. But i'm not a critic. & I think Twilight was actually good. Good enough for me at least.
I waited till midnight before watching the movie. I thought it was a scary movie which was why i waited till then to watch it in my room at my bed, ready with a thick blanket & a soft pillow that was used as a replacement. Yup. To replace a warm body that would be convenient at times like that.
I actually wasnt really interested in vampire movies. Vampires movies are really losing their appeal. But for some reason though, i just had to watch this movie. Maybe part of it is because Kristen Stewart was the lead actress. Caught her in 'In The Land Of Women' a few months ago & she was good. I hoped she'll be even better in Twilight. & my hopes werent dashed. She was amazing in the movie. She looks really cute. So, for 2 hours. i withstand the boring storyline just to see her face. There's nothing wrong with that right? I didnt read the book before watching the movie so it was less boring i guess. If you had already read the book, you'll probably get bored by the part they played baseball. Didnt know vampires play baseball. I didnt even know vampires are nice & could go vegetarian. But that doesnt actually mean they have vegetable. They drink animal's blood instead. Overall, it was good as the starting part was all about the romance & how they got to fall for each other. But after the part where Bella found out Edward's a vampire, it all went downhill. Alot in the book was left out, the fight with the bad vam, who turned out to be an OC actor in a few episodes, was mediocre & Bella didnt turn into a vampire herself which was rubbish seeing that in most vampire movies, once you get bitten, you'll instantly turn into one. You cant suck out the venoms or whatsoever. & Robert Pattinsons pale face was a turnoff most of the time. Dont know how he actually got the part. I think a more comedic actor would make the movie livelier. After watching the movie, i instantly read the book & found out about those missing parts. The starting of the book was different as it started with her in danger & all. So yeah. It was ok. But lets hope the second Stephenie Meyer's adaptation movie, New Moon, which is also the sequel, be better. I havent read it yet but i will soon. Maybe be after my exams or after i repair my phone so that i can read it in my phone which is much more convenient than reading in your laptop. It really hurts my eyes. Maybe i'll take a year to finish it. But its ok cuz by the time i'm done with the book, the movie comes out. & when im done with New Moon, i'll start the third book, Eclipse, & take another year. The latest one, Breaking Dawn, was said to be the best yet. & looking at the ending, i think Bella actually became a vampire too. Here's the ending. "And then we continued blissfully into this small but perfect piece of our forever." Will there be a book 5? Will i ever start on book 4 even? Will i stop asking people questions of myself when i know myself better & that nobody cares? Tune in to find out.
